Who operates this app

DysArtisan Innovations LLC operates Enrollchemy and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact david@dysartisan.com for privacy questions or requests.

This pilot is intended for enrollment professionals age 18 and older. The learning stories are fictional. Please do not enter real student, applicant, family, or other confidential institutional information.

What we collect and why

We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or externally loaded fonts in this app. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Learning results are not used to make enrollment, admissions, employment, or other consequential decisions about you.

Browser storage and cookies

The app uses local browser storage for progress, a pending cloud save, preferences, and account-specific offline copies. A service worker caches the public learning files for offline play; it does not cache account, authentication, cloud-progress, public leaderboard or private league responses. Necessary session cookies support optional sign-in and can last up to 30 days.

Your personal field notebook: recipe bookmarks, action-plan text, statuses and saved dates stay in a separate store in this browser. They are not uploaded to an account or cloud save and are not included in a learning-progress backup. Field notes provides a separate readable export and notebook backup, with a review before imported pages merge with or replace the notebook. Use general descriptions rather than confidential records; anyone with access to this browser or an exported file may read your notes.

Clearing browser data, using private browsing, uninstalling, or browser storage eviction can remove guest progress and notebook notes. A downloaded backup is a file you control; keep it somewhere private. Signing out clears the app's local copy for that account on this browser and returns to its separate guest progress; the device's separate notebook remains. Other browsers or devices keep their own local copies until you sign out or clear them there.

The app does not track activity across third-party websites for advertising. Its behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; the no-sale and no-advertising approach applies to everyone.

Daily experiments and remix practice

The Daily Transmutation rotates through 18 authored fictional scenarios by UTC date. Everyone using the same date receives the same puzzle. Up to 30 recently played daily results and the results of 18 remix scenarios stay in your learning save, alongside separate paused daily and remix experiments. These records include known puzzle identifiers, choices, first and best attempts, attempt counts and play dates. They support resuming, reviewing and optional spoiler-free sharing and are included in learning-progress backups and any future account progress saving.

The Remix Bench selects practice using this browser’s saved lesson completions and difficult questions. This recommendation runs in the app; it does not upload your responses, inspect your private notebook or create an advertising profile. Daily and remix scores do not enter public or private league rankings. Sharing a completed daily experiment requires a separate preview and deliberate action; its text and card omit answers, personal names, buddy nicknames and private notes.

A cooperative league project uses the member results already shared on the current weekly board. It adds no new personal record or additional publication. Removing a result updates the shared project; its progress resets with the weekly edition.

Optional sharing and the Workshop Circle

Sharing opens a preview of the exact text and link first. Nothing is posted automatically. Your device can copy that text, save an image card, or open its share menu. Challenge cards show the completed case, fixed track tiles and Enrollimon species. Workshop cards show the milestones you choose to share. Cards omit your choices, endings, personal profile name, buddy nickname and private notebook. If you choose a social service, that service handles your post under its own terms. Public posts and copies others make are outside this app’s deletion controls.

The weekly leaderboard is optional and intended for adults. Before publishing, you review a generated alias, preset Enrollimon species, weekly case and score. We receive your four selected weekly responses to calculate the score on the server, then discard those responses from the leaderboard request; they are not stored in its records or shown publicly. We retain a generated entry identifier, alias, species, case, weekly edition, score and posting/update dates. Published entries can be viewed by anyone. We store a hash of the device’s random management key to let that device update or remove its entries. This key is kept separately in your browser, is not an email account or browser fingerprint, and is excluded from learning-progress and notebook backups.

Use Workshop Circle to remove this week’s result or delete all leaderboard results managed by this browser. Removing public leaderboard data does not reset your learning. Resetting learning progress, signing out of an account, or clearing browser data does not delete public leaderboard entries. Clearing browser data or moving a progress backup to another device loses access to the original device’s management key. Keep that device available to remove an entry; contact us if you need help. Entries become eligible for deletion 90 days after their original posting and are removed by the daily cleanup, normally within a further day. Hosting providers process connection data for delivery and temporary abuse controls; the leaderboard database does not store IP addresses or submitted responses.

Scores are calculated from submitted fictional choices. Guest identities and genuine play cannot be independently verified. The board offers friendly practice, with equal scores sharing rank and no prizes. It does not measure professional ability or real enrollment outcomes.

Optional private workshop leagues

Adults can choose to create or join a private league in Workshop leagues. Opening an invitation does not join a league or publish a result. Before joining, you can review its name, member count and expiry. Anyone holding a valid invitation can preview this information, join and forward the link. Only members can read the league board. The owner can replace or revoke invitations; existing members stay joined.

We store the league identifier and name, ownership and membership records, generated member aliases, invitation and league expiry dates, and creation and joining dates. A separate random key in this browser manages league access; the server stores its hash, not the key. Invitations also use random secrets whose hashes are stored on the server. The invitation secret travels in a link fragment, is removed from the address bar when the app opens it, and is sent to our service only when you choose to check or join. A fresh owner invitation is shown for you to copy or share; no message is sent automatically. Use a friendly league name without personal, student or confidential workplace information.

Joining does not post a score. Before publishing, you review the specific league, generated alias, preset Enrollimon species, weekly case and score. Four fictional choices are sent to calculate the score and are not stored in league records. League entries store identifiers, species, case, week, score and posting/update dates and are visible to members. Completed weekly standings also retain a final rank, recording date and original participant count. Only current members can revisit them. Weeks finish at Monday 00:00 UTC. Final ranks stay fixed if a member later leaves; that person’s result is deleted, so gaps may remain. Private notes, personal names, buddy nicknames and learning saves are not posted. League publication and the public leaderboard are separate choices.

Opening league history checks your finished-week results for three cosmetic keepsakes: a qualifying win, a score improvement and participation in three completed weeks. Your learning save retains only each earned keepsake’s identifier and earned date, without league names, member aliases, standings or access keys. These cosmetic awards can be equipped, are included in progress backups and any future account progress saving, and stay earned if you later leave or close a league. Resetting learning progress removes them from that adventure; copies in downloaded backups remain under your control. Three participation weeks need not be consecutive, and league keepsakes add no XP.

You can remove your current weekly result. Leaving a league removes your membership and all of your results in it. Owners instead close a league, removing its invitations, memberships and results for everyone. Leagues stop accepting access 90 days after creation and are deleted by daily cleanup, normally within a further day; invitations expire after 7 days or when replaced, revoked or the league expires, whichever comes first. League records remain within this 90-day limit. Your separate browser access key is excluded from learning and notebook backups and account saving. Resetting learning or removing a public leaderboard profile does not remove league records. Clearing browser data loses league management access; keep the original browser available or contact us for help. Private leagues use guest identities, with no independent verification of participants or genuine play. Members can copy information they see; we cannot remove those copies.

Who helps run the service

Cloudflare provides app delivery, security, and the app database, including optional public leaderboard and private league records. Optional Google and Apple sign-in involve the provider you choose. We disclose information to these providers as needed to run the features you request and protect the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Our app database is configured for Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. App delivery, security, and other provider processing use a global network and may occur outside the EU, including in the United States. An EU database does not mean all processing stays in Europe. Cloudflare describes its processing and transfer terms in its Customer Data Processing Addendum. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information stays

Guest progress and notebook notes stay in your browser until you remove them or your browser removes them. A learning-progress reset leaves the separate notebook in place. You can edit or clear its text in Field notes, replace its pages with a reviewed notebook backup, or remove it by clearing this site's browser data. Account details and cloud progress remain until you delete your account or request deletion. Expired sessions, temporary verification records, and security rate-limit records are removed by a daily cleanup; rate-limit records are eligible for removal after 24 hours and normally removed within roughly 48 hours by that daily cleanup.

Account deletion removes the account and its linked progress and authentication records from the active app database. It also signs you out and clears this browser's account copy and pending uploads. Copies on other devices, backups you downloaded, the separate device notebook, and provider-managed backups are separate. Provider backups age out under the provider's retention policies; deletion from the active database does not promise immediate removal from every backup. We may retain limited information where necessary to handle a legal obligation, security incident, or request you have made.

Mastery Bench practice

Optional mastery practice stores one independent paused experiment and up to six known scenario records in your existing device learning save. Each record keeps your first, best and latest completed choices, earliest and latest fully correct choices, dates and an attempt count capped at 99. These bounded records let the app suggest a later review and recognize correct work across different situations at least 48 hours apart. The three concept labels and cosmetic seals describe game practice, not professional credentials or measured enrollment ability. They do not add leaderboard points or extra XP.

Your existing completed lessons and canonical daily or remix results can mark a concept as encountered. Reviews remain optional, early practice is allowed, and time away does not erase earned seals. Mastery records are included in downloaded progress backups and would be included if account saving is enabled in a future release. They stay until you reset learning progress or clear this site’s device storage; downloaded copies are separate. Mastery adds no advertising, analytics, automatic sharing, email or notifications. Your separate private notebook remains excluded from learning saves.

Your First Brew guide

The optional guide remembers when you started it, skipped it, acknowledged the first ingredient, or finished it. These four small checkpoints are part of your device learning save and downloadable progress backup. They would also be included if account saving is enabled in a future release. Recipe progress comes from your completed lessons and created products. Opening the introduction does not start a lesson or upload guide data. You can leave the guide and return through Your space; resetting learning progress clears its checkpoints. The guide adds no advertising, analytics, automatic sharing or notifications.

Private workshop transfers

Your space offers a full workshop transfer for moving from the original app address to enrollchemy.dysartisan.com. This downloadable file includes your guest learning progress, paused experiments, notebook, shelf, décor, and any device keys used to manage public leaderboard entries or access private leagues. It is separate from the smaller progress backup. The file is not encrypted: keep it private, because someone with a copy may be able to manage those entries or access those leagues.

Export, review, import, and verification happen in your browser. The app does not upload the transfer file to our server or place its contents in a link. Import refuses a different existing workshop and verifies the six saved stores after writing them. Your original workshop and downloaded files are kept; moving does not automatically delete either copy. Each address has separate browser storage. After verifying your transfer, use the new address consistently to avoid diverging copies.

Your controls and privacy rights

In Your space, you can download a progress backup, correct your nickname or preferences, sign out, or delete your account. You can use the app as a guest without opening an account.

You can also contact david@dysartisan.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, or a complaint to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will respond within the periods required by applicable law. We do not penalize you for exercising your privacy rights.

For people covered by European data protection law

Where that law applies, we use account and learning information to provide the sign-in and saving service you request on the basis of performing our agreement with you. We process necessary security information on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users, with safeguards to limit that processing. We may process information to meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent for optional public leaderboard entries and private league participation. You can withdraw it by removing a result, deleting your public leaderboard profile, leaving a league or closing a league you own, using the separate controls in Workshop Circle and Workshop leagues. This does not affect processing already carried out with your consent. For other future optional features that rely on consent, we will explain the choice and how to withdraw it.

Children and young people

This pilot is for adults age 18 and older and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect children's account information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this notice

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes to how we use account information will be brought to your attention in the app or through another appropriate channel before they take effect when required.
